Has anyone had Joint pain after total hysterectomy

Joint pain
Hi there
I had a full hysterectomy 2.5 years ago and began suffering with joint pain around a year ago. It is mainly my knees, wrists and ankles but more recently it’s my right hip.
I finally spoke to my gp about it this week and I am having blood test to check for inflammation as when we had the snow and freezing weather my pain got worse. It feels like my joints are rusting and getting stiff
Since my hysterectomy I’ve had 2 periods where I did not have my HRT patches for 6 months as they were out of stock and feel this maybe the cause. I am aware that without HRT there is an increased risk of oesteoperosis so I’m wanting this checked.
I try to move and stretch as much as I can but somedays I don’t want to move as the pain is bad.
Sorry this isn’t the cheeriest of replies but I hope it helps
Decreasing levels of oestrogen apparently ( oestrogen helps with inflammation ) also can mean that you have more aches and joint pain. There are so many symptoms from menopause - I have a lot of muscular pain with neck and back also and now too in my left thumb which could be osteo or tendonitus. I am on Oestrogel but this is I think causing more problems with endometriosis in my pelvis. I try and stretch and move but with a desk job and long hours it’s difficult. I see a chiropractor regularly- sometimes just having my pelvis adjusted as it’s always out of alignment helps.,,,,take care .......
