Please accept my sincere apologies for not updating earlier than this. On xmas eve i had surgery to remove a large 35cm x 20cm mass plus Hysterectomy ect . Unfortunately I had a complicated recovery and ended up being in hospital for 18days. I am doing Ok now even though I am still very tired and am limited to what I can do. The GOOD news is that it was a Border Line Tumour and they tell me that no further treatment is required . I have to go back to the hospital in April to check that my CA125 levels have normalised . I would like to take this opportunity to THANK every single one of you who gave me advice ,it really helped. I send my heartfelt good wishes to everyone who is still going through this.
Love and biggest hugs Jennie xxxx

That is good news! Thank you for the update. Your body has been through a lot so it can take some time to recover. Be patient with yourself, rest, eat well if you can and take little walks (however short) to keep yourself mobile. I was in hospital for about 10 days with my debulking operation, tumour removal and bowel resection. All the best to you as you heal.
