Hi dear fellow members, I really appreciate the advice on this forum and follow with interest, my health problems include having no thyroid ( due to cancer) fibromyalgia and being post menopause having had a full hysterectomy. Following the guidance here I have been gluten free for some time, but

HRT after Endo and full Hysterectomy
Hi 2 years ago I had a full hysterectomy following having stage 4 endo which was everywhere but mainly 15cm chocolate cyst on my ovary and stuck to my bowel. Resulted in me having bowel surgery at the same time as my hysterectomy with a temporary stoma. I had a 3 weeks stay in hospital with complications

low lying placenta - 32 weeks
Hi, hoping to hear from others who have had/are having the same experience as me. I was told from 20 weeks that my placenta was low-lying, partially covering my cervix, and was at the front. I had another scan at 30 weeks which showed little movement - it is still partially covering my cervix. I am 32

Hysterectomy Consideration?
Hi all. I’m considering a hysterectomy, I’m 34 but have had all the babies I want to have and the pain and bleeding is worse than it’s ever been now. I’ve had three laps with removal, all by a very good endo specialist surgeon, chemical menopause, every contraceptive possible and tried diet changes

So I've been away from here for a while, I've been up since 3, I had a hysterectomy in march last year for the endo and they left my overies, which I think was stupid considering they said it was on one of them I was told, and I'm still experiencing pain a year on what more can they do?? I've been waiting

I was readmitted with a post op infection and treated with IV antibiotics, at the time it was noted I had a high platelet

Zodalex changing blood I'm terrified
I have been on zodalex since last April and it's completely stopped my periods however my haemoglobin is constantly rising which is now at 165 which is worrying. The drs are putting it down to the hormones and I am due for my hysterectomy this Friday and I'm scared it will stop me getting the operation

Has anyone had a hysterectomy early 30s
I'm 31 years old I've had 3 surgeries in the last 8 years most recent surgery 2021. I know a hysterectomy is not a cure but I wanted to see if anyone had had one early and felt it was actual worth it. I don't have any children nor do I want to try to have a child. I've tried every hormone treatment possible

Advice needed
I’m struggling. I had my diagnosis just under a year ago with apparent stage 1 endometriosis with a lot of scarring around my left ovary and fallopian tubes. I feel messed around with the consultants and doctors in charge of my care. I had my laparoscopy in July and was back again in hospital with chronic

MRI results show DIE behind uterus and and endometrioma.
Still in shock just home from hspt, been referred to MDT they are suggesting that my choices are full hysterectomy or excision surgery and the mirina. I'm 46 so guess menopause is near but hadn't noticed any symptoms but a surgical menopause seems abrupt. Do people go straight on HRT or do you wait and

Hi everyone, i had a complete hysterectomy in 1998 which left me with a highly overactive bladder.Over the years i have been given various meds and am now on Mirabegon (Betmiga) which has helped the most, reducing my nightly dash to the loo to about 2-3 times. Daytimes are ok unless i have a UTI which

Endometrioma, dizziness and HRT
I have been applying Oestrogel and taking Utrogestan once a day and I feel better in that my joint pain and lower back pain go away, I have tons more energy, I feel happier but after I am on it for a few days, I start getting discomfort from the only ovary I have left which has an endometrioma in it

natural hormonal balancing solutions
hi I’m waiting for an op for Adenomyosis and endo this year. I also have fibroids. I’m due for a full hysterectomy - including removal of ovaries and tubes. I gave a coil fitted but it’s not very effective due to the size of my uterus due to my condition. I am getting menopause symptoms but I’m not

Senior lady bleeding after restarting HRT
Hi. This must seem a strange story. I have a history of severe endometriosis but I am now 75 and restarted HRT patches about six months ago for bone protection as I am on steroids. I had a 7 year break because my GP wanted me off HRT because of the research. I had no problems with HRT and wish I had

unusual symptoms
I used to get chronic migraines since childhood. Like, three medications to keep under control type. In my twenties I underwent a full hysterectomy and found out I had celiac and went gluten-free. After that they stopped. This last year they have come back with bad. I have been diagnosed with vestibular
