hi

I’m waiting for an op for Adenomyosis and endo this year. I also have fibroids.

I’m due for a full hysterectomy - including removal of ovaries and tubes.

I gave a coil fitted but it’s not very effective due to the size of my uterus due to my condition.

I am getting menopause symptoms but I’m not allowed hrt due to coil and fibroids.

Any suggestions for natural remedies please?

I've found one of the biggest things I've had to watch as I approached perimenopause was watching my stress levels as this can really make any hormonal symptoms worse. There are dietary things that can help too like trying to keep your blood sugar levels balanced by avoiding sugary foods which can also help with hormone balance and making sure you eat plenty of protein too.
