Hysterectomy and endo
So I'm 22 years old with severe endo I've been told all my endo can't be removed because of its position. Endo is reliant on the supply of estrogen if I had a full hysterectomy would that help forfill my twenties and thirties? I want to speak to a consultant. I cant afford lap private because its too

Chronic flank pain and atrophy...
I dealt with left flank pain after the birth of my first son 4 years ago and it was attributed to pain from my previously diagnosed/treated endometriosis. I never saw the results of the CT scan until it came up again after my second son was born last year, but apparently that CT scan showed left atrophy

update!
so after post a couple of days ago regarding I’ve finally been put on the list for total hysterectomy, I got a phone call from the hospital yesterday. I have a date! 8 weeks time! Quite nervous and not looking forward to the recovery phase ( I don’t do sitting still) but at lest it means no more treatments

Exhausted
I'm feeling so exhausted and pain all over. I've done my temperature first thing in the morning twice and it is 35.8. I'm still recovering from total hysterectomy because of cancer and on treatment for a cuti I've had 4 years. Obviously hormones have crashed as i had to come of hrt I feel cold one minute

My story won't apply to everyone, of course, but you may find a nugget worth considering. I've had mild RLS intermittently for forty years until it recently worsened. I'd always managed it with weighted heat, L-Tryptophan, magnesium glycinate, L-Theanine, and if necessary, a little pacing. At age 36,

Post Radiotherapy Fatigue
Hello. I had a total hysterectomy with BSO late December followed by 25 days of external beam radiotherapy in March / April. I’m really struggling with fatigue/ low energy levels. Is this normal? I had hoped for sone improvement four and a half months post treatment. I’ve had repeat blood tests to rule

I was lost too..
Hello there I truly feel your pain. After I gave birth to my daughter in 2008 I started to have alot of new pain and bleeding. Was diagnosed with endometriosis. The bleeding was severe and drained me of energy. I was put on numerous contraceptive pills, implant, coil nothing seemed to work. 8 years later

At last!
Sooooooo happy! Had my appointment at the hospital today and my consultant finally agreed after 20 horrible long years to put me on the list for a total hysterectomy. Continuing Prostap and Evorell patches till then, but the papers are all signed. So relieved. I really thought he was going to fob me

Northern Ireland waiting list for hysterectomy.
Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone can help. After waiting 3 years for an appointment with a consultant, I finally got put on the waiting list for a total hysterectomy. I am suffering so much and honestly cant wait for the op to finally get some relief. I'm trying to find out roughly how long

CLOTTED MENSTRUAL CYCLE EVERY MONTH?
Before I was diagnosed last year I began getting clotted periods, I would get maybe one day or two of normal non-clotted but very bright red blood. It would then darken but only slightly and then it was mainly stringy clots. I currently have to use a Super+ tampon PLUS Depends each cycle just to so I

Bowel issues and pain.
Hi everyone. I am hoping one of you lovely brave people may be able to help me. Apologies in advance for the long post. I am 21 weeks post total hysterectomy for Adenomyosis, along with extensive excision of DIE endometriosis, and bowel shave. I have previously had a Bilateral Salpingo Oophorectomy

Hashi's & Menopause/HRT - weight loss help!
Hi all, I have Hashimoto's and have been on levo 75mg with combined HRT (oestrogen patch and progesterone pill) for a few years. Had a total hysterectomy almost 2 years ago, but they left my ovaries, due to extensive endo, adenomyosis and fibroids. But I have literally been stuck in limbo since then

Laparoscopy oophorectomy
So I had surgery on Tuesday, was supposed to be a full open hysterectomy but I opted for laparoscopy removal of large endometrioma which may have been cancerous and removal of ovary and fallopian tube. I now have a 2 week wait for results of endometrioma and omental biopsy, if positive then I will have

what would you do?
Hello on this lovely sunny day! Please can I ask for some advice? I’m 5 years on after being diagnosed with sero positive RA. I am meant to start medication number 7, nowish. I’m reluctant. Most medications make me feel very poorly 🤒 I started out with all this, I believe due to a contraceptive

Private hysterectomy
Anyone had success of getting a hysterectomy privately at aged 30? Just asked an NHS consultant for a hysterectomy as its been a 3 yr wait for laproscopy with zero progress and I have absolutely had enough of this.. it was an outright no. I have been struggling with really terrible suicide thoughts
