Living hell
Anybody else on here feel like you are completely alone in this? I had the Marina Coil fitted last week, the whole process made me cry, scream in pain and I’ve been the same for over a week now. Agony, upset and unable to do any of my normal tasks. I am so fed up of feeling like this. It might be

Post total hysterectomy, etc., one cycle of carboplatin (couldn't tolerate paclitaxel) and now on Avastin i/v and Olaparib. CA 9, which is fantastic. Side effects are just destroying me. I am 80, the Olaparib goes through to mid June 2026 and the Avastin finishes at the end of this year. Oncologist

endo cysts and swollen fallopian tubes
I have been diagnosed with endo cysts and a swollen fallopian tube via CT and ultrasound. they said in surgery pending how bad they may have to remove one of each (they are unsure until they do the lap) but my concern is that if they are bad, could I wake up to a full hysterectomy? And if so why? thank

New Consultant-Different Plan
Long story short- long battle to get diagnosis although received in 2019 and Hashimoto’s confirmed. After several attempts to stabilise on mono therapy I was lucky enough after several years of strife and illness to be allocated an endo who listened to me, took cortisol levels (low) addisons test (

At my wits end 😢
I am honestly in floods of tears writing this as I can't believe the way I have been treated. I have been bleeding now every day for the last few years. I have been put into chemical menopause several times which hasn't worked, I have had to fight, beg and plead for someone to help me. I have very

MRI Results Help Please!
Hope everyone is doing well. I got my MRI results today and was looking for help with some of the jargon please. I know there is a lady who is very good with the medical terminology. Googled serosal disease and that didn't sound good. Dr told me it's significant endo, adeno, bowl stuck to ovaries. But

Normal CA-125
I am going in for a total hysterectomy on the 25th They suspect a Granulosa Cell Tumour due the presence of a mass on my ovary and thickened womb lining However my CA-125 is in the ‘normal’ range, I am just curious if others received a DX with normal CA-125? I am ready for whatever comes but just

A bit late for me but...
A bit late for me as I am a woman who has just passed her 60 years milestone, but I wanted to share my experience anyway. I dont think it will be news to people on this forum though, so not sure if should be sharing it here. I had painful periods from day one and regularly ended up in Nurses room

Endo/Adeno Rant .... Exhausted!! Microgynon 30?
Hey Ladies, I guess this is just a rant for me to maintain sanity and clarity that im not the only one feeling crap with this condition. I've avoided the "recommended treatment" of Decapeptyl injections (put you through early menopause), the IUD, the pill and of course the glamourous hysterectomy

Just had hysterectomy due to prolapsed bladder and think it's come back due to severe constipation.
Completely fed up. Does this mean I have to have surgery again? I have also ran out of ndt again for about the fifth time due to it being so expensive and my tsh was really high about 6.5 when I had blood test for my pre op. It was also high the previous time as I had ran out then as well. I hate

HRT post ovarian cancer
Hi, does anyone have anything on HRT post ovarian cancer and radical hysterectomy? I’m 14 years post diagnosis and struggling with brain fog and fatigue. Is HRT an option?

Is my oestrogen high or low?
Hi everyone, I had a full hysterectomy two years ago and I've been having a bit of trouble getting my HRT right since. My latest results are attached but I'm confused as to whether my Beta Oestadiol level means my HRT (100mg patches) are working or not? I've been on them for about two months but they've

Sciatica
I have stage 4 deep bowel endo. I keep getting really bad sciatica about once every couple of months. My physio says she treats 5 women who also have sciatica and endo. My gyno says it is not related. Anyone else suffer with sciatica and endometriosis? I am 2 years and 2 months into the waiting list

Fibroids - sick of bleeding constantly
hello. Just thought I’d post on here because a couple of days ago, my GP asked me to call myself an ambulance due to heavy (heavy!) bleeding that I couldn’t stop. Just in case this informs or helps anyone or if anyone can share any similar experiences on anything that helped or treatment options. This
