I’m looking for some help in creating a routine to help increase leg strength.
I’m currently on week 8 of C25K and wanting to Support my running journey and help me find running more fun and easier so I can ignite the love to keep me going post graduation.
I’m currently just floating round the gym doing random exercises:
Barbell squat
Leg extension
Leg curls
Goblet squats
Walking lunges
Anything better than this bare bones routine would be so gratefully received.
