Morning all... Very easy one today.😁 Just keep repeating the sets until you can do no more. Rest for 3 mins and get a bit of fluid, then go again until you can do no more. Doesn't matter what end you start at or even if you down and then work up. Max effort. Keep a record of time and how many sets, so if we do again you can see if you have bettered it 😊💪
10x star jumps
8x squats jumps
6x sit ups
4x press ups
2x burpees
So 3 2 1 GOOOOOOO.............

Ahh, I get it ... the key is 'until you can do no more' ... not sure if I can do jumping squats or not ... but if I don't have to stop there ... I will definitely have to stop at the first burpee ... cos I ;won't be able to do any more; 🤪🤪🤪
I'm also going to Google star jumps and jumping jacks as I think I've been doing star jumps! I'm so low grade when it comes to fitness routines 🙄🙊🙈🙉
Don't panic. If you can't do the jumping squats then just do squats. Adopt it to suit you. Personally I would do more of another one if I couldn't do a certain one.
