Morning all... Very easy one today.😁 Just keep repeating the sets until you can do no more. Rest for 3 mins and get a bit of fluid, then go again until you can do no more. Doesn't matter what end you start at or even if you down and then work up. Max effort. Keep a record of time and how many sets, so if we do again you can see if you have bettered it 😊💪
