Morning all hope you all had a good weekend. Sorry for slightly late post. Today is core. I've included a few links so you don't get confused. I've also just done 1 workout which is broke up into 3 parts. 1st part is for time which is 20 secs work 10 secs rest. 2nd part is for reps and 3rd is one exercise for as along as you can. Try and do each part twice. If you want it to be harder then double the time and reps.
These timed ones should be done slowly and controlled, also keep legs together (except cutting grass) and as low as possible.
20 sec Leg raises
20 sec left side raise (instead of dropping straight down drop to the left)
Thanks for this. I still haven't done Friday's WOD and am working today as well, but ... let's just commit ... I will do both these workouts later today.
It's no secret that I'm not great at exercising (unless it's running or riding), so I'm unfamiliar with a lot of the terminology. I think I have too many questions ...
The videos suggest the second half will be beyond me ๐ . I can plank for a little while, and although I might manage one full push up, I usually have to modify with my knees on the ground.
I am just a little bit in awe of all the people who can do these exercises (and now have a pretty good idea why I don't have washboard abs๐คช).
Thanks for sharing, but I think I will have to accept my limitations and cheer everyone on from the sidelines (although I will use the first two WODs again and may dip back in if I spot an easier WOD).
Off to find a gentle yoga practise for today (hangs head in shame) ....
Good luck and much respect to everyone who doesn't give in as easily ๐๐ช
