I say that because most gyms have lovely air Conditioning, or a nice cooling swim.
Unfortunately for me I have 7 hours outside putting on a corporate Bowls day carrying 4 ltr jugs of Pimms in both arms and my step count will be around 25,000 then into a hot kitchen to feed them all. I personally think this will count as a workout and part of my move everyday 😀.
It is going to be a hot sticky day but I’m going to wear my running bottle round my waist and keep track of my hydration through out the day.
Whatever you are doing stay safe and look after yourselves

Definitely counts as a workout. This sounds like the lovely people looking after us yesterday at our youngest son’s graduation at Southampton. A lovely couple of days was had by all, especially us extremely proud parents 🎓😇☺️
Congratulations to your son on his graduation. You have every right to have a proud parent moment 😀. Corporate days are a lot of fun but hard work, we can have anything from 30- 150 at a time and it is no sit down time at all, as we are all volunteers we just do our best 😀. Rfc x
No air-con in the garden... but boy did I work yesterday... trees felled, bushes removed or trimmed, flower beds dig out and then laden with topsoil, ground levelled for shed, shed built and put on it. It was damn hot and I went through 10 800ml fill ups of water, still ended the day thirsty! Just been chopping the trees up for firewood... licking forward to running tomorrow.
