Hello all. Feeling proud. It's a month that I haven't smoked. The first few days were definitely tough but as you all said, it does get easier. I still have little urges but after a minute or so they pass. I'm still taking Champix & assume that it takes the edge off but on the whole I rarely think about smoking (didn't even get big urges on holiday in Lanzarote so really pleased about that even though my friend smoked in the evenings) One big difference is how much more energy I have & I breathe so much better especially during gym classes. Just wanted to share my little achievement here ππ»πͺπΌ
Today is 1 month: Hello all. Feeling proud... - No Smoking Day

Sparkle...Nice post with a lovely sparkle and so true..it just get better and better...!!!!
I would suggest you continue with the Champix and complete the 12 week perscription... (I took a good punch when I stopped after 12 weeks .. not wanting to smoke but I was sick for three days and when that passed I felt ready to take over the world)
Keep up the good work and inspiring posts !!
Correction: this a huge, massive achievement of which you should feel super proud.
Way to go! π
