Eighteen years

Far too many people kept telling me, "Austin, you should write a book."

Unusually, for me, I took their advice and I wrote a book.

For some of you, bits of it will be awfully familiar.

Some of you might even be in it...

#18 on my bucket list - write a book, is now ticked.

I won't be in the slightest bit upset if you choose not to read it, however, if you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it, then it was all worthwhile.

Hi austinlegro,

I remember that name from the old No Smoking Forum, my name on there was just Capitan and I was part of Dolly’s Mixtures Quit Crew.

Congrats on your 18 year quit and your book, I’ve just reached 13 years quit myself (26th January 2012) and have never looked back.

I’m going to buy your book, I imagine it will be a good, informative, read and a reminder of achieving what I once thought not possible, quitting smoking!
