I was similar to your position I think. I was 20 years a smoker, then vape and finally tried to quit on quickmist. I was on quick mist for 2 years and I quit quickmist one day, cold turkey. It was hard because physical withdrawal is tough. Way Tougher than actual smoking because I believe the quickmist dose of nicotine is massively higher. I pushed through the withdrawals which were varied and surprisingly difficult. I kept reminding myself of my desire to want to quit for good. I came out the other end and now I’ve been nicotine free for 4 years or so. Good luck you can definitely do it.
