And doing ok, the good days seem to be outnumbering the bad days - taste and smell has improved and my skin and general complexion alot brighter - still just taking it day by day which has moved up from taking it hour by hour in the first couple of weeks, feel I am getting stronger...

Hey there, congrats. I am almost one month in so I can relate to ya. Didn't really know food tasted soooo good. Can you smell the cigs in the air?

About the skin issues, I too can see a difference. Even the texture of your skin. Didn't realize all the toxins we were consuming.
