Hydrotherapy pool?
I'm lucky enough to be going on a cruise, as I can't fly now as it causes too much pain, and there is a
hydrotherapy
pool which I can pay for. Do any of you have any opinions after using this type of pool? I'm thinking of using it the day after travelling to the ship.

Colon hydrotherapy
To manage my chronic constipation and pain I had a colon
hydrotherapy
before Xmas and it felt better.‘since I’ve been avoiding gluten, nuts, corn and taking pre and pro biotic. I eat 30g fibre a day too and drink lots of water.

back by an orthopaedic surgeon who just wanted to operate and straighten my spine with rods, a chiropractor who x-rayed my spine, an osteopath, bought a riser/recliner and heat pad, paid for a Chair Yoga course (caused back spasms), followed a seated Tai Chi course on TV (back spasms), paid to attend

PMR Leading to Fibromyalgia???
she offered me
hydrotherapy
and suggests that I discuss Amitriptyline low dose anti depressant for the pain and I must get off the steroids. This feels so wrong, I think I need to ask for a second opinion, has anyone else been told they now have Fibromyalgia?

Blood Pressure
After months of my blood pressure being really good, yesterday I had a hospital appointment and, as expected, it was high when the nurse took. However, a couple of hours after getting home I thought I would take it myself fully expecting normal readings, but it was really high 188/99 and then 196/103

Persistent Symptoms
Hi all, First time posting but looking for some help as really struggling to find anything that works. For almost 2 years now I have been struggling with gut issues. It’s not clear how and why it started, but I have two theories; 1) It is a reaction to having a strong antibiotic to clear up a fungal

Had MDD since childhood. Now I have anxiety and panic attacks. I have tried just about every kind of medication and therapy. Nothing helps much. Anyone ever get EMDR for PTSd or hypnotherapy for core beliefs that are negative? I never feel good enough.

thyroid and IBS
I have Hashimotos and have really been struggling with bouts of IBS recently. I have already cut out caffeine months ago, however my symptoms are not improving. Does anyone recommend hypnotherapy for IBS? I have tried Buscapan but it has stopped working on me and the cramps are starting to ruin my life

Got a job interview. Plus my top 3 choice for therapists in my homecity. Overthinking the decisions
Okay so yesterday was a mayhem. Mom decided to clean while she's off work and got the house upside down, before that the night before that telling sis over and over again to drink water and telling me to tell her. Sis was avoiding me, asked me to stay in the car instead in the café with her, yelled at

Reaching out to other sufferers
Hi, first time here. I'm feeling disheartened that despite all my efforts, my IBSd is getting no better. And I'm baffled as to what to do next. I've recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis despite having an active and healthy lifestyle and I suspect this may have been caused by restrictive diets. In
