Hi hope you are all okay, im wondering if people have had good support from their doctors re fibro, plans to help, therapies, hydro therapys, more physio or something. I dont feel i got much, i know its a complex thing but i asked to be referred for hydrotherapy where i live but apparantly it was denied didnt know until i asked, cant afford anymore too expensive where i had to pay for it. I wondered if anyone else had better. I try and do research and things but would like to get help so i can improve my condition and go to college and get working. Yes, i still miss cranfield, but i dont know what will happen there and get fed up being at home all the time. Any help welcomex

Hi fibrogirl41 Im in the same position i was refused hydrotherapy from a GP referral so i had to pay privately, i agree its very expensive. I did find though i was able to claim half of cost back through my simplyhealth plan (i got this originally for dental) so that really helped. Have a look into it , could really help you

Good luck

Hi hunni.. I too asked for hydrotherapy have to pay..so I decided to buy a jacuzzi bath it is so powerful not a bubble bath from b&q real jacuzzi..omg what a difference it makes its so powerful I just thought how much I was paying privately for hydrotherapy and although jacuzzi is not same its as near as it can be so it works for me and I can add oils &hymalayan salts just magic.. I got mine in the sale so wasn't to expensive but very relaxing ..wish we could get these treatment at a lesser cost.but not to be..jets get all my lymphatic system going. Xx

Yes i know hydrotherapy is expensive, i loved it there but couldnt afford it anymore, i was hoping i could go to bedford hospital to have it if they open the pool. I would love a jacuzzi bath though, but i would never get out x 🤣🤣

Hi fibrogirl41🤗.I got physio at home 3 times.

That was a surprise. But mainly I got paper sheets with instructions for exercises to do.

I follow Bob and Brad seated exercises in YouTube.

I haven't done any for 4 days due to nearly falling and terrible pain 😢. Good news😊😊 I slept ok last night. Still feel crappy today so far. Hating the weather.

I depends where you live 🙃and what ur Dr s are like to.

I really hope you get the aid you want sweetie hugs dawn 🤗🤗🤗🙃🤗🤗🤗
