Trouble with Dose

I’ve had a thyroidectomy since 2014 started on 50mg. Then eventually had to adjust dose up to 125mg over 7 years as the TSH kept creaping up. My Endocrinlogist is scratching her head for 4 years I was balanced. My freeT3 and freeT4 were both in normal. During covid I could not do “In Person” visits so my labs didn’t get ordered like they should and doctors were unable to see my body. My levels increased out of control TSH was 0.154 in January 2021 with normal T3/T4. March 2021 level jumped TSH 12.89 T3 below normal T4 my meds were adjusted once again added Cytomel 5mg ..labs 6 weeks to have my levels at critical point TSH 20.89 T3/T4 normal gained 50 pounds since January 2021 legs are so swollen entire leg and lower, almost in a complete stupor. Labs drawn 6 weeks later shows finally decrease TSH 5.84 T3 1.1 and T4 1.4 normal per on T3/T4 reference range. No reduction in weight 278 ..swelling still abundant even on 40mg Lasix can’t increased due to stage 3 kidney disease.

My other primary diagnosis Transverse Myelitis, below waist paraesthesia. I had severely horrific hypothyroid symptoms. Waiting for 6 week to be drawn again I’m on 175mg Tirosint and 10mg Cytomel. Symptoms now ..severe swelling in legs, feet, ankles and hands. Still no weight loss. In need if a solution that spiraling out of control. Have had diarrhea and bubbly tummy.

Your not getting much of a break are you. All I can say is keep nagging the medics until there is some improvement in your quality of life. Today I'm being eaten by red hot maggots, they are boring their way up through my limbs all directed be a goblin with a jack hammer on my nut, otherwise I'm just peachy 😁.
