Feeling amazing! Did not want to run after work, head trying to play all the usual tricks trying to find an excuse not to run.

Something that has really helped me run and ignore the boredom or thoughts of stop and give up while running is audio books. I’ve downloaded audible and have been listening to different books to keep my mind occupied!

Competed tonight’s run for the full 25 mins! Bring on week 7!

Brilliant, well done and love the attitude 👍💪

I also experiment with listening to different things whilst running. Sometimes music, sometimes podcasts about sport, other times stand up comedy.

Anyway onwards and upwards for you, happy running 🏃‍♂️ 💪
