Just completed Week 6, ( I'm typing at the side of the road having the rest of my "me time" having looked after our boys since 7am ) .. never EVER thought I would run for 25mins, voluntarily & enjoy it ever again in my life .. it truly is a revelation !! Have a great weekend everyone, Rob

Well done Rob !

Quite a lot of us were happy to see the back of Week 6, its a bit of a tricky one but perfectly do-able .

All straight runs now to Graduation :-) xxx

Well done RobD . That will be me tomorrow I hope it goes as well as you and I too feel that elated after my not so good Wk6R2!

it certainly felt easier than 2x 10 minute runs with a walk break in the middle ! - go get 'em tiger !

That's a good word... voluntarily.

I'd never really thought of the fact that we sweat, thump along, get puffed, ache and wheeze, voluntarily and then do it all again, voluntarily and again, voluntarily.

Are we all mad?!!! It's some kind of magic that takes us from those first 60 seconds of torture, to running blocks of time that we never believed possible isn't it?

Well run RobD ! You're well on your way to that podium now :)

I did run past ( the opposite direction !) a slim, toned young lady .. ?

Lol, nope, I saw her too ... as she sprinted past.

Ha ha, you want to spread the love. Good going Rob. Have fun! Go steady though and don't run on longer than you need to at this stage. Rein it in!

Thank you - I must admit the temptation is regularly there .. but I always tell myself no, be sensible this close to the end of one journey & the potential start of another !

Amazing, well done Rob! I really started enjoying the programme from Week 7. Felt good to leave the intervals behind and the last three weeks really do fly by from here!

Well done, RobD ! I'm just behind you, will be going out shortly to tackle this run. It is much cooler today so I am hoping that will help.

No more intervals as we gallop down the home straight :)
