Week 6 completed! Bring on week 7

Feeling rather pleased with myself. Just got back from the third session of week 6. The 25 minute run, went at a slow and steady pace and it went quite well, in fact I was feeling quite good when Laura declared the 25 minutes up so I thought "sod it" and kept running right through the 5 minute warm down. So I have now run for 30 minutes in one go for the first time in about 30 years.

Chuffed to bits is an understatement!
