Glad I slung on the shorts and vest top to completely and utterly DOMINATE Week3 RUN3 of C25K.
I’m kinda glad that week is over I never thought id get this far given I repeated Week 2, When I saw week 3 I was like Shiiiiiiiit , but I’ve now completed it and stupidly sneaked a looksy at week 4….. 😨😱😱😱 ROOKIE ERROR….. 🤣🤦♀️.
I know at the end of these sessions your supposed to do the 5min walk cool down and I did for half of it BUT I had such energy today (go figure it’s the only time I have it 🤣) that I did a little speedy sprint and didn’t stop until I felt like I needed . It felt good I felt good ..
As for Week 4 next week - Well watch this space I may pass out 🤣🤣🤣

If you've done Week 3 you'll be pumped for Week 4! Just remember to take precautions that you don't overdo it, you don't want to end up feeling shagged
Haha looking ahead is a double edged sword! I don't do it this time around but did when I first did it a few years ago 😂 I felt I'd be prepared but ended up just scaring myself so I've just took it as it comes this time.
Your doing really well, don't be put off by the distances increasing, it's all part of the plan! As long g as you just keep going, slow and steady of course, you will reach the end each time.
Sounds as if you are ready for week 4, I always have a sneaky look at the next run , as you say scare myself too. I’m just on week 3 for the second time around due to injury at completion of week 8 . So slow and steady and just keep turning up !! 🏃♀️
