Feeling amazing! Did not want to run after work, head trying to play all the usual tricks trying to find an excuse not to run.
Something that has really helped me run and ignore the boredom or thoughts of stop and give up while running is audio books. I’ve downloaded audible and have been listening to different books to keep my mind occupied!
