Can't believe I managed the 25 minute run half way through my legs felt like jelly i just told myself you've done 20 minutes before it's only an extra 5 minutes and ended up doing 26 because I was so chuffed that I was able to speed up for the last 60 seconds . Onwards to week 7 πŸ˜ƒπŸ’ͺπŸ‘Ÿ

Breakfast time now I'm starving

Well done! The programme has built your legs up to be able to run for that long. Clever eh? No-one starting out believes they can do it - but you have and doesn’t it feel great? πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ‘

You’re well on the way now - a couple more weeks and that podium will be there awaiting you! Keep it up! πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Thankyou it really is the start of runs that are the hardest and telling myself to keep it slow to get through but the last minute I was on a proper high loved it .

Can't wait to get on that podium πŸ†πŸ…
