When you're ready, you can do it.

I had breast cancer in 2013. After 2 x surgery, chemotherapy & radiotherapy, I tried C25K to improve my fitness. I couldn't run at all and I only managed a "brisk" walk when I should have run. I gave up after the first couple of weeks. Now I've decided to start again and I've just finished W3R3. It's very hard but I've done it!!
