Interesting article, Spoonie. :-)

Early mornings, for me. I love it, usually so nice and peaceful out. :-)

I love that it recommends doing what suits your body as I always feel a bit guilty that I can't ping out of bed before sunrise (especially in present company - Miles Yonder your posts make me smile, and lace up my trainers, so thanks!). I'm an early evening runner for preference, though quite like running at dusk as everything settles down and goes quiet, too - really meditative.

I must say I prefer an early morning run as it is easiest to fit it in around my life. I also like it because my biggest problem is over heating and it does tend to be lovely an cool at this point. I have had runs at other times with a varying amout of success but I think the reason running is working for me just now is that there does not need to be a set time it just fits in around my life.

Early evening always for me as I never decide whether I am going to run for an hour or three until I gage what running mood I am in when starting. Not always great if the sun is still pounding on you and really envy those early birds!! Good article and thanks for sharing :)
