me again, I haven;t yet but it could be interesting, there is a webchat about Diet and mood chat with anxiety, which i had to pay £5 to attend, if you are a standard member you pay £23 a year and this gives (quarterly newsletter, free resources on website, free attendance to the webchats and the option to be included in penpals booklet)

Therapy membership is £30 a year but the extra £7 covers the cost of processing a therapy application. They would send you a therapy application form which you would complete and return, along with payment for two or three sessions upfront (depending on which therapy type you have chosen) and they refer you on to your therapist.

this is what I was sent by Emma admin lady on this website. I said that i will check the webchat and if i like it i might pay for membership. but it is upsetting that some people cannot afford to pay money for that. so people in here are very good and we try to post everything that might work for us, so maybe it works for someone else. but sometimes what works for me doesn't work for you.

Thanks rouri, I might make the commitment and see what comes out of it. Your right though that its up setting that some people might not be able to afford the subscription. I think the money would go towards running the site and providing support so I dont think its a bad thing. When is the web chat thing? I might sign up for it if im available!

Hi Rouri, sorry I missed the webchat the other night. Did you learn anything good that you could pass on? I do eat healthy but I think maybe I should be more focused on my diet!

it is a really good deal, I have been a member for a number of years now. I had CBT at a cheaper rate, and was seen within 2 weeks.

I enjoy the Anxiety magazines, web chats. It's all in there.
