I'm pretty sure it's my health anxiety working itself up again, I've been to the dentist twice in the past month and it was never picked up upon, I'm not sure if he noticed but again that's a hallmark anxiety feature that you believe tests or experts miss things etc.
Would be nice to hear that this is a normal thing that maybe most people have? Not sore or anything just looks like a tiny white patch with a smaller one next to it

Hi Sweetie! I have a similar issue!! and Agora is right....we were looking for trouble and now the both of us fear the worst. When we have check ups ( this is the rational part of my brain speaking by the way) the also check for oral problems.....even the C word. If there was a problem it would be dealt with. I have a yellowy/creamy coloured spot lower near my tongue. I check it everyday...no change. I try and rationalise it all the time. My mind tells me different, but I'm working on it. I'll beat it eventually. Love and hugs, you're not alone.😘😘🤗🤗
