Fast heart beat and breathlessness and weak during menstrual cycle

I’m 16 and 17 in like two weeks but I was walking up the steps and my pulse was pounding I could tell my heart rate was fast I always get weak and don’t feel like eating and cramps medicine helps

Hello. I’m sorry you’re not feeling too good! I too suffer with this kind of anxiety and understand how hard it is. I woke up last night twice with chest pain that was awful and made me vomit each time I’m just headed into my GP now to have a once over. Have you spoken with a GP? Mines really really helpful hope you’re feeling better soon

No I haven’t I keep going to my doctor office I don’t feel like they really listen to me 🥺

Oh it’s horrible isn’t it I felt like that with mine, but my doctor now is amazing! He really helped me today as long as you’re heart is beating, you’re alive and that’s what really matters! I understand how tough it is, but you can do this. I know how real and scary it feels, but remember it’s just anxiety and panic. The moment will pass, it won’t last forever.
