I quit smoking a few times in the last 15 years. I’ve been smoke free now for over 6 years. Heart palpitations, pain, tightness in the chest, trouble breathing, have always been the early symptoms for me. Give yourself 3 months or so and I’m sure things will improve.

You quit smoking on my birthday lol Congrats to you! Dehydration can cause the frequent heart palps and such an easy thing to fix. The Carvedilol is a good drug and will help also with the palpitations. Sounds like you are going in the right direction, happy for you.

My only suggestion would be in giving yourself some "me" time every day with meditation, deep breathing or anything else that may work in relaxing your mind and body. Keep us updated on your progress and remember, we are always here to support you through this. Stay positive x
