fast heart and breathing

Did cardio yesterday night and straight after had a panick attack, went for a walk and calmed down, ever since my breathing has been off and heart rate, anyone else had this?

I feel like my breathing is off even without exercise, but yes I can get that way during exercise. With anxiety it seems that we all have different triggers. My anxiety is health and death related. I think you and I are more in tune with what our bodies are telling us and then our brains overreact. To answer your question though, yes other people experience the same thing. I write long answers because it helps me too.

There is no need to overdo it with cardio, you just need a brisk walk for 30 minutes or so. If you walk in nature you get extra calming benefits. Anxiety will make your breathing off (too shallow). Check out this video youtube.com/watch?v=8Un_Ykh...
