So I am diagnosed OCD anxiety based disorder where I am scared of germs so to speak and I recently had my second baby which increases the anxiety and postnatal worries I went into a mother and baby unit for three months and was put onto sertraline quetipine and promethazine and I was doing some research on promethazine and ended up here, I take it everyday well I did it helps me to sleep and calm me down very much like a non addictive diazepam definitely recommend it tbh but I haven't been taking it for a while see how I'm going on the basic meds don't like dosing myself up but I do see that it chills me out more.
