Can people tell that I am paranoid?

I wonder. Can people tell that I am paranoid? Are there any body language cues that I can give off that can be recieved by someone and broken down until they find out that I'm paranoid? If I don't tell them I'm paranoid can they still tell by my nonverbal behaviors or body movements?

Hi Eric,I believe paranoia is listed in DSM-5 as 5 different conditions.

As in most mental health conditions, there are thoughts and feelings known by the person with signs and symptoms perceived by other people.

If you think you are hiding a condition from people, you would be mistaken.

If you think you have it, please see a health professional for a thorough assessment and/or treatment.

Short answer is YES.People, especially those close to you, see and hear things you aren't aware of.
