My anxiety is so bad. I have to have 2 teeth pulled in the morning. So scared have not had good experiences in the past. Worried about dry socket. Had it once horrible. My nerves are much worse now then then. Also have the usual heart issues eptopics and palps.
This is scary for me. Any advice how to stay calm and get through this?

I should add..my dentist does not prescribe pres. Pain pills. All i will have is tylenol and ibuprofen.

Oh I sympathise with your fears as I hate the dentist. I have had a number of teeth pulled over the years and never suffered a dry socket until 4 years ago. I had never even heard of it but it is incredibly painful. Unfortunately I had the tooth pulled 2 days before Christmas so had to wait 5 days until I was able to go back. I nearly went crazy with pain. I hope you haven't got one.
Try doing some mindfulness with the headspace app or listen to some relaxing music and breathe deeply! It will be over before you know it!! Prayers ❤️
