Tylenol

Recently have added 1300 mg of Tylenol at 9pm on 3 nights and on all 3 have gotten a much more peaceful night of sleep and sleep straight through to 5-7 am.

hi, has anyone here that’s been diagnosed with simple fatty liver tell me if it’s safe to take Tylenol? I have bad headaches and can’t take ibuprofen due to stomach issues and just wanted to make sure I can take it… or if your doctors have told you it’s ok or not. Ty

I’ve been taking Tylenol for fevers and decided to see what my fever would be. Spiked to 101.8! So I took Tylenol which brought it down. Sitting here at Urgent care so I could get a script. Any thoughts?

Tylenol does nothing. Can anyone recommend a pain med. that will help?

Pre med with Zyrtec and Tylenol. Half way through infusion had allergic reaction, shaking chills itching, no fever no outward symptoms like hives.

My one addition would be: really Tylenol should just be given for discomfort; it’s not necessary to bring the fever down, (unless it’s super high) and as you saw, just masks a temp that could tell us we need to be seen. Just a tidbit. Yes Paxlovid and NO Invermectin.

He’s icing and using a heating pad for the pain and swelling, taking Tylenol. Any suggestions? I appreciate all or any responses as we are so new to this and any help is appreciated. Thank you.

The patch and transform I put on early evening then at bedtime when I’m ready to sleep I take a temazepam 30 mg I have several as needed medications to use if needed; magnesium, ibuprofen 800 mg, Tylenol 1 g. I still have my nights when I can’t sleep, but this therapy is fairly successful.

I did a search in our database and came across the need for heavy hydration and taking tylenol about 30 minutes beforehand. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. BTW, the first infusion gave me a 103 fever the next day and horrible gastro issues for a few weeks.

So far, 1 - 500mg Tylenol every 5 hrs receives most of the pain. I have an MRI on spine scheduled. Generally I feem OK. I am 82. I have loved the help on this site.

I take Tylenol and Advil which helps a little. I walk with a cane which I think contributes to the problem, but I can't get around without it. I lean on it a lot. Going to see neuro on Monday. What do you take for pain?

I know I can take Tylenol but a have a prescription for naproxen 500 mg. Not sure if I can take this. What do you all take when you have pain ? Would the arthritis tylenol 650 mg. Maybe be better ! Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

at my wits end hurt everyday, now morning till night, on prdnisine originally diagnosed 8 yrs ago with pmr, now osteoarthrits, throughout body, being on pred now 4 mgs can only take tylenol, doesnt touch pain

get up and move around(with walker), some hirting subsides a little, also my parched dry mouth and eyes are much worse on waking, dr did d blood test for sjogrens ANA test, but was negative, not sure what s going on very disciuraging, cant see rheumy for while yet, still taking 4 mgs prednisone, and tylenol

Tylenol, or Paracetamol to my UK friends, does not seem to help; stretching does a bit. Any tips are appreciated...💞

I take Celebrex and Tylenol daily for pain. Pain in neck, hips, knees and back mostly. Pain meds decrease pain, but does not remove it in its entirety. Much of my history is in my bio. My concern is I take pain meds daily. When I try to go without, the discomfort is evident. It does not go away.

I tapered to 0mg of prednisone in mid-February 2025 and other than one flare after a camping trip, I have been doing very well with just the Kevzara injections and an occasional Tylenol Arthritis caplet.

Tylenol Arthritis often takes away residual pain but not always. At the moment I am soldiering on with tapering with some manageable pain most days. Any advice is welcome.

Tylenol helps. Is this radiation working or another bone met? We decided to do a second PSMA scan on Nov 11 and possibly starting lupron. Any ideas?
