Colloidal silver

I recently bought some high end Sovereign colloidal silver , and have ordered a nebuliser . I have read so many good things about it clearing up chest infections , pneumonia , good for asthma . I bought it incase god forbid I catch this virus . Has anyone else got anything good or bad to say about it. Some places say it has no benefit , but lots of people also swear by it .
