I find it helps to laugh at panic attacks too. I remember when i went to a festival last year and started to panic, i ran to the porta loo's because i thought i was about to lose bowl control, pushed my way through a line of disgruntled people and locked myself in for half an hour.

After that incident i took to necking imodium for the rest of the weekend!

HI its good that you can look back and laugh, ive had some anxiety attacks where ive been horrified at the time but a day or so later just had to laugh. one thing i find really funny now is when i go in my local m and s store the security guard watches me cos i always look so dodgy walking around with my bag open ready to get out my rescue remedy spray, deep breathing......and so on, no wonder i look dodgy!!!! he probably thinks i gonna do a runner with a frozen chicken or something:) xxxxx if we dont laugh we cry.......

Maybe it's asda, I've had several attacks in the place, tho if I thought someone was watching me buy S. A & W cd I'd probably have a full scale attack there and then be it Asda or HMV!! Hope it wasn't too bad an experience and hope the attack wasn't too bad either :)

it might be Asda :) try Waitrose next time :) it is easier for me just outside my station but expensive, the security guard always watching me as well, don't understand why, I am just reading the labels? I am not sure what anxiety face will look like but maybe we are magnet to security!!!

it's the jittery, on edge, slightly sweating, bewildered look that catches the security guards attention, made worse by putting down the shopping and walking out without buying anything. Sorry that's me. Maybe you just look shifty :)
