I had a bad panic attack that all my body parts felt numb and a tingling sensation and I'm recovering from it right now I was shaking shortness of breath and couldn't really walk I was terrified I just need sum advice on what to do to block these bad negative thoughts in my head

Yeah had those type of panic attacks. The worse part was when I was alone which was 24 /7 since I lived alone. If you are alone try to have company over even if they are in another room while you are sleeping might help. Talking with someone also helps. A distraction such as watching a favorite up lifting movie. I also had my dogs sleep on my bed so I can pet them they got me through some very tough times during depression and panic attacks. The idea is to break the cycle of depression/panic to stop the ruminating on negative thoughts in a healthy way.
It sucks but I'll try my best to think of positive stuff it's just very hard when going thru anxiety
Isolation is also has a bad effect. Someone there to help distract ya would be good too.
I'm bad for isolation and u right but I got ppl around me
Good cause I lived alone and no social life for years and it took it's toll hence the panic attacks. BTW your doggy ears match my dog's which is making jealous and he's jumping on my keyboard. LOL.

Hey James. I’m so sorry to hear about that! I once had a panic attack identical to that while driving. I was so scared I actually called 911! When you say negative thoughts, what exactly do you mean? Like triggering thoughts?
Just play games on your phone, your mind takes you away from bad things that cause these panick attacks to happen. Let your mind relax and think of good things. Don't let it get to you
This really means a lot to me everybody is replying thank you all I'll try my best to get it off my mind
And aslo I was feeling impending doom too

Happen to me and I understand how you feel ... saying the truth the only thing works for me was to see my doctor and I start low dosage medication Paxil and believe I got my normal life back there’s some days i feel the stress and anxiety but not really bad when I feel like that I drink a lot chamomile tea y i relax a lot
