Panic

Hello I'm Ali, I'm 16 and I have panic attacks every time I hear of pain or anything like that. I'm ok when I have positive things around me, but sometimes that doesn't even work. I get really scared sometimes a specially at night for the fear of dying.

I understand but I have enough from therapist

And also from psychiatrist

Why ? .

They try all different meds

Drive me just more nuts

It's anxiety

No depression

No other label

That make me frustreded

Because I know I need meds I don't functional like I did before

The anxiety follow me everyday

Where I go what I do

Than I can sitting inside and do nothing anymore

I mean even psychiatrist here don't even realize that my anxiety is worse

Than they describe serogeul

What the hell I am not psychotic 😢
