I am a 23 year old boy living in japan away from family.last year while i was working suddenly i had jittery legs and felt like fainting and had body tremors.i thought it will go away but it didnt. Many times i had my body check ups but doctors say its fine. A doctor said i have environmental anxiety. I fell tired all most everytime, hear heart bits in my ears, little difficulty breathing, jittery legs, .my body tremors while resting but its not that bad these days. All those feelings and i keep working and hoping it will go away.its really a horrible feeling that you can pass out anytime but havent passed out till today. Doctors prescibed me stanil and hypernol . That didn’t work and i started doing research in internet. I tried l theanine , magnesium oils, but nothing works. If some had recovered from this i really need help.

Sounds like classic anxiety.

Did you have bloodwork done? Most docs will check chemistries, CBC and thyroid. Anxiety can be secondary (that's why blood work is often done), although it's usually primary (no underlying medical condition is causing it)
Here is what happens in the body and the nervous system with anxiety on frequent or constant high alert: jonabram.web.unc.edu/files/...
The good news is that fully understanding this can allow you to have a different reaction to it. A reaction of acceptance and "well, whatever" rather than bewilderment and fear. With regular practice of the correct reaction, anxiety settles down and all these physical symptoms start to melt away.
Check out Dr. Claire Weekes' books and audios. She is the ultimate anxiety guru IMO.
