Thank you - thought it's annoying to always be told to 'breathe', it's just a fact that when anxious we don't do it properly. Still working on this myself. I'm glad that you're in a group - I've started looking for one in my area.

It’s very annoying when people tell me to breath. Ahhaha I wanna scream but. I notice it’s another tool to add. I have anxiety and breathing doesnt work if I’m getting anxiety and I already am breathing ahahha. The breathing exercise is something we need to do regularity. When we deep breath the parasympathetic nervous system says hey I’m ok.

Exactly. And I've noticed that it helps with the stomach tightness that I get when anxious.
