Acupuncture for anxiety

I have been through the gauntlet of pills for anxiety and have recently have read where acupuncture can help. Not asking for medical advice. Has anyone tried acupuncture for anxiety

Hi brodytexas. I have had acupuncture years ago for daily headaches and found

that it also helped with my anxiety. It was a very peaceful and beneficial experience

Thank you- So far so good...it has really helped my anxiety. .All I can do is take one day at a time.
