No anxiety lately! ❤✊😀😄

Xanax is working and doing its Job! I have been sleeping better and early lol. Ive been able to participate with family in doing fun things again. Going out more. No more being a Bum at home. I cant say anxiety disappeared😒 but i havent gotten one for a few days or when i feel one coming on its Not as scary anymore. No more heart palps at night either ive been doing so well! May god continue to help me find my strength again! Happy Valentine's day everyone 💋❤🌸🌺🌷

Yes they are i just needed to give them time. I still get anxiety attacks But only when i scare myself smh. But i have stopped getting them randomly thank goodness i can enjoy life day by day. Iam just still scared of the death feeling. But iam hoping i wont be getting those anytime soon!

I take maybe half of one in the early morning maybe 9am before i eat. Then the other half at night before bed. Maybe 2 hrs before bed. I usually dont take whole one. To strong i take mylan a1 25mg

I would love that. If people can see that there is Hope i suggest everyone to continue meds because they really work. Look at me i was terrible i would post horrible sad things now iam doing so well !!! Iam happy again😄😀

Just wondering what dose your on cause I'm on 250mg twice a day and I still feel dizzy and lightheaded

What kind of xanax are you on? I take Mylan a1 some xanax effect differently. I use to take alazopram and they were orange ugh those gave me the chills and dizziness. I take blue ones. And its only 25mg
