I have done so well. However today the fear of passing out just over came me and I felt so light headed, spaced out, tight chest, I just felt like I lost reality and I could pass out at any moment. It was one of the worse panic attacks I've had it literally lasted about 20min. I havmt felt so lost and out of control of reality in so long
So sorry to hear of such a scary and frustrating set back. Have you been able to figure out what brought on the fearful thoughts of passing out? Have you had a bad experience with passing out before?
