Im about to try effexor and feeling nervous already about possible side effects. Wondering if anyone has ever had success with a natural remedy like herbal, flower elixers, medical marijuana??

Does anyone know of natural forms of help, like herbal remedies, etc?
The best LEGAL herb I know of is Kava Kava, if you look it up, it's used widely as a calming tea/beverage; an ancient tradition of the South Pacific Samoan Islanders. Also Chamomile, Valerian Root and St. Johns Wart are all known to be "natures anti anxiety/depression" herbs. They take time to build up in your system before you feel the effects usually but the teas and liquid tinctures seem to work instantly. Holistic remedies like Calms Forte' (name brand homeopathic) seems to work for some. I know Melatonin is a natural supplement made from the natural chemical melatonin which exists in our brains, they call it the sleep hormone, the supplement really helps if you're an over-thinker whom can't sleep at night - def a good one to try - always checking with your doctor 1st of course... Onto the good stuff, I have been very fortunate to try multiple forms of medical mary jane, edible gummies, cookies, chocolates, brownies, lollipops you name it. I've had it in liquid form (e-vape cartridges), and of course the good old leafy green form. The only advice I can give from my expeience and the way it worked for my body, everyone is so incredibly different it seems.... When handling anxiety, the Indica strains seem to help me sooo much more than Sativa strains; I have been told by dispensary owners and alike that most medicinal THC available is a Hybrid of both Indica and Sativa. Trying them out and looking for higher end Indicas has been a great relief for me when available. Just my thoughts....
