Copper IUD or IBS?

Hello! I had the copper IUD fitted last month, no problems besides the expected (pain for a couple of days, spotting and heavy cramps around my first period).

My second period with the IUD is due on Monday - I've had the normal PMS symptoms but last night I was SO bloated and gassy. I had severe pain in my abdomen and shooting pains through my bum. Literally in tears on the floor! This has never happened.

I also suffer from IBS, so around my period I get extra bloated and crampy anyway. I also ate some high fodmap foods which could contribute. Does this sound more like a combination or IBS and extreme period pains? Or could it be the coil causing extreme pain / could it have moved? I think I'm getting paranoid that it's fallen out lol. I feel fine this morning, just bloated as usual!
