Hi everyone!!! I got panick attack few months ago and feel anxious since that attack. In addition, I feel my eyes weird (constantly) as well especially when in a building such mall, office etc. Is there anyone here who feels the same thing? How will they get back to normal as it's been 5 months now.

Yes, me too. The minute I turn on my lights. It's called depersonalization/derealization and it's common after a panic attack. In my case it happened out of nowhere. I been like this for 5 months and it's hell. I'm still trying to find the magic pill to snap me back to reality. Are you on any medication? Sometimes when you start an antidepressant it makes this feeling worse at the beginning.

Sadly there's no magic pill, the only solution to anxiety issues has to come directly from within the sufferer, medication may ease symptoms of anxiety, but the cure has to come from you xxxx
