Side effects of a full panick attack :( what are yours? Here are mine..

For me is chest palpitations all day

Feeling drained

Back & side pain

Headache

Scared of another attack

Chest pains

Pin needle in my fingers/toes

Knot in my stomach

Upset stomach diarrhea

Feeling my heart in my belly :(

Weak

Dont want to get out of bed

It's amazing to see that im not alone. Sometimes i think im having a heart attack :( i been so stressed and worked up bc of this bc im new to this whole panick attacks situation

It's because we are so worked up that we continue to have these symptoms. They aren't going to go away if we don't find a way to calm down. I try everyday to think positive and to think of other things but I can't, I know it's hard! I feel ya

It is hard bc you feel them all day. I wish this could stop already and be our normal selfs already
