First of all think about your breathing nothing else just your breathe. if you are having an anxiety attack it will pass.
You need to just keep thinking about your breathing nothing else at the moment, it doesn't need to be big breaths just count your breath in and out for the moment. Set your mind to that it will pass as you think of your breath and tell yourself yes I except I am feeling like this at the moment but I am going to count my breath in and out for now.

The anxiety attack passed but I'm still field with so much anxiety.
Hope you are calmer now and this feeling has passed for you.
The anxiety attack is gone but the anxiety is still there. I'm just having this obsessive thought going through my head and I can't take it.

Try and say to yourself that has passed and I was alright I didn't like the thoughts and feeling that go with it, but I am okay. I now need a rest from all this, so mind I am going to have a rest from all these anxious thoughts, I will set a time say 3pm today where I will come back and think about these anxious feeling I will give it a whole hour from 3pm to 4pm to worry. But for now I am getting on with other things in my life. I am not dismissing my thoughts of anxiety but giving them a time in the day for now.
