What are the facts?

Hello,

The next time you're feeling nautious, light-headed, scared, panicked or any other weird way, ask yourself 'What are you facts?'. Walk yourself through all of them. If there's an issue to address, either address it or eliminate it. If there's not an issue, tell yourself that there's nothing to fear and that you're body is just overreacting. Allow your body to react, DON'T fight it or give in with more fear.

Sometimes when we realize that there's nothing creating these symptoms but ourselves, we'll find that they'll subside a bit... and with practice they'll lessen tremendously.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works (for me), but YOU have to want it to work and it takes A LOT of practice. Also, make sure that you're exercising, eating healthy and often.

Let us know if this works for you.
