Okay so lately I've noticed that I keep shaking, my legs feel pretty week and if I hold my phone up to type my hands literally shake. I've had many blood tests done and not that long ago, what could it be? Does anyone else get this? I thought maybe it could be lack of sugar but it doesn't seem to stop regardless?

Weird shaking
Leg and hand shaking happens for variety of reasons, not just anxiety
Well you know you have anxiety and this is a common cause of tremor, so that is the most likely
This is has been happening to me as well! I went to the er because of it and they didn't seem to be concerned. But it's annoying. Please read some of my posts as I think I may have an explanation of why . Also I did not recognize this as a symptom of my anxiety as well . mentalhealthdaily.com/2014/...
Hi Panickier, as Darryl stated, leg and hand shaking could be a symptom of something else going on. Always best to see your doctor and have it checked out. With that said, I've noticed when I get upset or nervous about something, the same thing happens to me. My hand may shake when carrying a cup of coffee or my legs start trembling at times when nervous. The last time I was at the dentist, I couldn't keep my mouth open with the back jaws shaking. It's all a part of an overworked nervous system. Doing progressive relaxation can help reduce the muscle tension. Hope this helps.
Hi, when I feel anxious I always get these symptoms and when the anxiety eases the symptoms go so I wouldn't worry too much as as you know the overthinking makes it worse!!! Still ask your GP but there's so many different symptoms from anxiety! Hope this helps
I'm a shaker this was my number one worry when I first developed anxiety but 5 different doctors assured me it's anxiety. Some days I'm so shaky and jittery other days I barely feel it. Everyone presents with different symptoms and an over stressed nervous system can definitely cause a tremor also every anxiety info website will list tremor as a symptom.
